An item in my order is damaged. What do I do?

Call a Customer Service Representative at customerservice@arisehospitality.com  or 1-(855) 381-2644 and they will send you a replacement. If you can take a picture and email it to us, it would be very helpful. 

Can I change the shipping address on my order once it has been placed?

We will try. Call our office as soon as you realize that you need to change the address. It depends on the status of your order. Call a Customer Service Representative can be reached at customerservice@arisehospitality.com  or 1-(855) 381-2644.

Can I get my order delivered today?

If you are within hollering distance of our corporate office and you’re up early and place your order by 9:00 am, yes. We can deliver locally to the Los Angeles Metro Area same day.

Can I have something delivered on a Saturday?

Currently, we only offer delivery on business days.

Can I open a business account?

Yes, contact sales@arisehospitality.com or call 855-381-2644 for more info.

Can I pick my own carrier for delivery?

You can choose standard shipping, 1 business day delivery or 2 business day delivery at check out. You cannot select the courier. We will send you your order via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

Can I specify a delivery date and time for my order?

Yes. You can choose 1 business day delivery or 2 business day delivery at checkout.

Can I use my personal shipping account?

Absolutely! Contact a Customer Service Representative at customerservice@arisehospitality.com  or 1-(855) 381-2644 and they will be happy to help you.

Can shipping be expedited?

Of course! If you need your order quicker than 3-5 business days, select 1 business day delivery or 2 business day delivery at checkout.

Can you deliver to a PO box?

Absolutely! Contact a Customer Service Representative at customerservice@arisehospitality.com  or 1-(855) 381-2644 and they will be happy to help you.

Do I have to wait around all day for my delivery?

ARISE Hospitality Solutions doesn't require you to sign for your delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping is coming soon.  

Do you ship to US Territories?

Yes! You can expect your order in 7-10 business days with our free shipping option.

How can I check the status of my delivery?

Go to My Account, view your orders and click on the tracking number.

How do I find my tracking number?

You will receive an email notification with your tracking number after your order ships. You can also check your orders from the My Account page.

How do I make a return?

If you are returning a gift, it can be returned for an ARISE Hospitality Solutions merchandise credit. Unfortunately, you cannot return personalized or customized items.

How do you ship packages?

Depending on the delivery timeframe you choose at check out, we'll send your package through the carrier that will get it to you on time with the best service. Your delivery may be made by UPS, FedEx or USPS.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Our free Standard Shipping will deliver your order in 3-5 business days if you live in the continental United States. If you live in Alaska, Hawaii, or a US territory, you can expect your order in 5-9 business days. You also have the option to upgrade to 1 business day delivery or 2 business day delivery at checkout.

I just placed an order and I gave you the wrong apartment number. How do I fix that?

I live in Los Angeles, can I pick up my order in person?

Unfortunately not. However, we ship all of our orders out of our fulfillment center in Los Angeles so you'll have your order before you know it!

My order was delivered but it’s not complete

Check your shipping confirmation email and packing slip to make sure we didn't ship some of your items separately. If everything should be there, contact a Customer Service Representative at customerservice@arisehospitality.com  or 1-(855) 381-2644. We will send you the missing item immediately. 

Returning everything else:

If it is our mistake, we will handle the shipping. If you had a change of heart about a product after you received it, then shipping is on you. UPS labels can only be used for returns from the continental United States. If you live outside the continental United States, mail in your return using an insured method.

What time can I expect my order to be delivered?

If you're ordering for an office, your ARISE Hospitality Solutions order will come with the rest of your UPS deliveries on the scheduled date. If your order is being shipped to your home, 1 business day and 2 business day deliveries will arrive by 4pm. Orders being shipped with standard shipping will be delivered by 8pm.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 1PM PST will usually ship the same day and all other orders will ship the following business day.

Where do you ship from?

Will have over 40 warehouses in the United States. Your order will ship from the warehouse that is geographically closest to you.
