We promise to take any ARISE Hospitality Solutions product back that doesn’t make you love your space.
Products can be returned at any time for a full merchandise refund. Once we receive the returned item, a refund will go back on the credit card used to place your order within 7 business days. As soon as the return is processed we will send you a confirmation email, immediately.
Gifts
If you are returning a gift, it can be returned for a ARISE Hospitality Solutions merchandise credit. Unfortunately, gifts that are personalized or customized cannot be returned.

Shipping is on us if it's our mistake, and on you if you've decided you're more of a Maple Wood person instead of an Ebony Wood. UPS labels can only be used for returns from the lower 48. If you live outside the continental United States, mail in your return using an insured method.
